1. Using GAMEZON

GAMEZON is a Malaysia marketplace for game accounts, rentals, rank boosting and play companions. Prices are in RM. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

The platform matches buyers and sellers. GAMEZON does not own the accounts or play the games for you, except where Support steps into an order.

2. Accounts and roles

One login can be a buyer. Selling needs a separate seller review. You must keep your email and password safe. You are responsible for orders made on your account.

3. Listings

Sellers may list only after identity review. Each listing is reviewed again before it appears. Listings must use RM, real screenshots, and the correct game and region.

• Account sale and rental pages have no seller chat and no phone number.
• Buy Now and Book Now are the only ways to start an order.
• Items in Prohibited Items must not be listed.

4. Orders and payment

You pay GAMEZON, not the seller’s personal wallet. Payment is held until the order is confirmed or closed. GAMEZON takes a commission and then settles the seller.

There is no shopping cart of many products and no Player ID top-up on a product page.

5. Account delivery

Account orders are handed over by GAMEZON Support in the order group. Do not finish an account deal off the platform. If a seller or buyer asks to move the deal outside GAMEZON, report it.

6. Boosting and companions

These services start after payment. The order is the record. Providers may have a public GAMEZON profile. They still must not ask for off-platform payment.

7. Refunds and disputes

Refunds follow the Refund Policy. Open a ticket from Help Centre if the order page is not enough.

8. Changes

GAMEZON may update these terms. The date at the top is the latest version. Continued use means you accept the new text.
